Convenient location, just off I-64. Pretty clean and the usual amenities for a Residence Inn. Staff were all quite friendly. They have a small basketball court if you're into that.
Good hotel with good accommodations. The reception staff were all very professional, courteous, and helpful. Parking was adequate. Breakfast was good. The overall cleanliness of the room needs some attention. Excessive dirt and dust on top of the refrigerator, mildew in the shower and peeling paint in the bathroom. Definitely need some training for the breakfast staff too. The lady running the breakfast crew was extremely rude, condescending, and absolutely unprofessional with another breakfast crew member. I heard her on both mornings talk down to and disrespect one of the other employees as they were setting up the breakfast line. Funny thing, though, that it was a completely different story when customers started showing up. Very disappointing that the bar was closed both nights we were here too. Will not be staying here again in my future travels to St Louis.
We are on a cross country trip, and have stayed in several hotels over the past two weeks. This is the best so far! The room was perfect, a suite with a queen and a sleeper sofa. We loved the kitchenette too. The shuttle service to and from the Arch has been a life saver!! And the breakfast was great. Really impressed with this hotel, the service, the amenities, etc. Would definitely stay here again.
My family and I were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We have stayed in a lot of different hotels and as far as service, friendliness and amenities this one has a lot to offer. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean and the breakfast was wonderful! Our kids loved the pool and basketball court and the appetizers and drinks in the evening were an unexpected surprise! The shuttle made commuting to downtown convenient also. We will definitely be back next time we visit St. Louis!
Great place to stay ! The shuttle services are awesome too. One of the drivers Spencer is really entertaining and it's always fun to be riding along with him. The services provided by the hotel is good.
