Not bad. Spent my time here in St Louis at this hotel for about 4 days. We originally planned to leave this hotel for another closer to a different attraction but decided not to. The hotel is filled with amazing staff but the place is worn. When we were moved to another room, the bed wasn't made and then the next one they moved us to had a patio door with no lock on it. I didn't necessarily mind that but the people I came with were displeased. The staff gave us a voucher for breakfast the next morning which was nice and we also had fun by the door. The hotel should look a little better though. Needs to look cleaner and much more well kept.
Will not be using this hotel again. I called and booked and clearly told the man I needed to be able to possibly cancel as we are located in Indiana and that we could possibly have to change plans with our work schedule. Spoke with a manager and she claims I booked this online. Even though I spoke with someone who said I could cancel up to 72hrs in advance. She said there was absolutely nothing she could do. She said I signed up for an advanced rate when I had no clue about this advanced rate. Now my deposit of almost 190$ will be non-refundable.
My worst hotel experience. We checked in after 10 pm on 8/10/18. My 2yr old nephew fell by the elevator because the entire floor was wet without any sign/s indicating such. We got on the elevator, it was also completely wet.The bed sheets were old and the shower was dated and shower curtain old.On Saturday, 8/11/18, on our way out, we left the card on the bed indicating that we wanted the sheets changed, they were never changed.The floor was never vacuumed and some of the dirty towels were left on the floor.We complained and they just apologized and changed our room.Don't be fooled by their nice looking building online, the services are horrible. It's better to stay at a no name place than this structure. It's just a building and nothing more.
Rooms were average. Elevators were older and small, three or four person comfortably. Staff was friendly and inviting. Location was convenient, close to interstate and near many great restaurants. Exercise equipment available. Outdoor pool was clean.
Not enough open outlets available in the room to charge 3 mobile devices. Bathrooms were a bit small and didn't have exhaust fans so showers got very steamy. Location is relatively easily accessible, and the free downstairs computer with the printer was very useful. room cleaning was great, and the wall mirror was nice and large too. Room temperature was perfect for my tastes.
