Typical Hampton Inn in an downtown location. Bathtub drain was very slow and soundproof in the roon can really be better. Cleanliness is good. Getting into parking is tricky as they are working on one side of the entrance right now. Parking is extra $15 a day on your hotel price. Standard breakfast provided and the staffs are nice.
Visited here in late August. Very nice hotel! Friendly, attentive staff. Large lobby area perfect for informal meetings or just to relax. Nice attached restaurant/pub. Very nice complimentary breakfast in a roomy atmosphere. 10 minutes from the airport and within easy walking distance of the Arch. We all agree we will stay here the next time we visit St. Louis. Would like to see clothing drawers in the rooms, though.
Big, clean and ergonomic rooms. Average gym and nice swimming pool with a great view on the arch. Very good international breakfast, parking connected with the inside elevator and reception available 24/7. 5 Mins walking to the Arch park in case you want to go jogging and good restaurant on ground floor. Strongly recommended!
Stayed here 2 nights in late July as part of a 10 day midwest family vacation. Location is great and walkable to anywhere downtown. Never felt unsafe or anything at night whatsoever. Rooms medium size with gorgeous arch view. My kids loved the pool and the fact they could swim and see the arch at the same time - plus the water wasn't cold. There's also a small arcade next to the pool if your kids are into that. Parking arrangements are fine in attached garage though you have to pay extra. Breakfast area is large and inviting and continental breakfast was basic but fine given the price of hotel. We did not go to it, but there is a restaurant/bar at base of hotel as well. Overall, probably best value bet near the waterfront.
Good place to stay. Nice and quiet. Right in the middle of St Louis down town. I was in town for business. So having restaurants in walking distance was a plus. Their was a Restaurant/Irish Pub down on the main floor. I had the perfect view of the Mississippi river from my room. And the rest of down town/arch. Lights at night amazing. Two thumbs up for the Hampton Inn Down Town.
