The room was small but nice and clean. We had an interior room which had a view of the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I only have 2 small complaints. We were women at 8am by cleaning staff wanting to clean the room. And secondly there are 2 small elevators to use... no stairwells. Obviously they have them but they aren't accessible to guests we looked for them and couldn't find them. Its right across from the Convention Center so it's a perfect location for concert goers. Overall really good experience AMD I would def stay there again.
Our overnight stay was good. We stayed with our two children. The room, hotel and pool were all clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was a huge bonus as was the free parking for guests. My only issues were the pillows were very soft, almost to support and the air conditioning unit/vent in our room sounded like a jet plane taking off. It woke my husband and I up several times throughout the night.
Always a pleasant experience. The Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Convention Center is conveniently located downtown with easy access to the stadium, restaurants, bridges to IL, and the highways. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable, and the staff are helpful and capable. Parking is convenient, although at extra cost. 5:30 kickback and morning breakfast are great features of a Drury stay.
Superb hotel experience!! Great staff. I felt safe in the hotel and the food was great. I also love the location of the hotel. Everything was clean and nice. They don't have bacon on their breakfast menu but it was still a great variety of food.
We were treated great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had a couple issues with our room and they went above and beyond to make us happy. Great friendly staff!
