Book your room soon as this location is on its way down. The GoodThe staff is nice and attentive and the location is new, hence the high rating.The pool was always stacked with towels.The Shuttle takes you to the nearby attractionsSuperbly located The BadThe level of cleanliness is sub-par at best. The carpet is dirty at the entry, in the hallways and elevator and in the rooms. The elevator walls are full of smudges with God knows what. The area where breakfast is served appears to be clean, however, the floor seems to be rarely mopped as there were spots there for my whole 3 day stay. The floor of the entry to my room and the shower was filthy. Luckily, Walmart is within a few exits, I made a quick run to get cleaning supplies. The air conditioner releases humid air, which made sleeping difficult and sticky.Lastly, breakfast is simple and consistent. They had waffles, oatmeal, a few cold cereal options, toast and bagels and boiled and packaged eggs.I would not likely return to this location and expected more from a Hilton hotel.
This place was GREAT!! We were there for two nights. The staff was SUPER friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect we even had a dishwasher in our room. The pool on the first night was a little cold but the second night it was perfect (I think they had just cleaned it because of the temperature change) the outside was well lit at night. But hands down my absolute favorite thing was the continental breakfast!!! We will be visiting st Louis alot for the children's hospital and this is where we will stay!
The hotel was located near downtown which made it convenient to everything. The room itself is awesome for an extended stay. It has a big refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. The shower is powerful and hot. The beds are comfortable. Our king bed slept 3 of us comfortably. It has a fire pit outside that was a nice place to hang out nightly! I would recommend to anyone.
Amazing Helpful staff, Good location and the best parking. You can walk from parking area to your room using other entrance with card Very convenient and great for families.I had a minor issue regarding to cleaning but I talked to them and they fixed it right away.
Good overall. The breakfast was a bit gross at times (I guess now they make you cook everything in the microwave now for breakfast) and they forgot to clean the room over the weekend (they were supposed to clean it every 5 days) but that might have been our fault since we took so long to leave the room that morning. It was fine overall though.
