I stayed there on March 19, 2018. I checked in about 10pm on my reward points. The girl at the front desk was dressed very nice and was knowledgeable and friendly. She did everything to make my check in comfortable. After check in I went to room 215. The room smelled of stale cigarettes and musty. The carpet had several orange stains. The towels were not white but a dingy color. There was something metal on the floor behind the chair by the window. Under the bed by the base board there was cobwebs candy and trash. It looked as if it had not been cleaned in a while like several months. Under the dresser/TV stand there was 3 cigarette butts and looks as if it has not been cleaned in several months also. The only good things about the room is the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. They did have security and he did a good job on watching the parking lot. They had a nice breakfast and the girl did a nice job on making sure everything was out and ready to go. All and all I don't think I would like to stay there again if I had to pay for the room. I hope they clean those things up before I stay again.

Good hotel, very nice rooms, nice breakfast food selections. I love waffles! There were noisy guests next door but that can happen at any hotel. Nice location just a drive away from downtown.

Definitely don't EVER go there, bad experience from the beginning. The place smells horrible as soon as you walk in and you definitely won't get the best customer service. We go into the room ready to get some rest after a long day and we decide to check the bed before going to sleep and we found BEDBUGS. We left right away after only being there for less than 5 minutes.

Staff was very helpful and kind. I looked how they had clocks for different time zones around the world... would be a wonderful touch to continue that theme in local art from different cultures!

Clean hotel. Night staff was AMAZING, he was more than willing to help us even though we had no reservation and helped us several times over the course of the night... But day shift was rude and wouldnt get off the phone to get MILK out of the kitchen when they were out along with fussing at us for eating more than one yoghurt a piece. Close to the baseball stadium though.
