I have been going to Kingsbury Animal hospital for over 30 years. This is the best of the best. The staff is friendly and efficient and Dr Shaw is just amazing. He gets down on the floor with my dogs and they love him. Have always had great treatment for all my dogs I have taken here over the years.
I really love this place and its doctors. They are knowledgeable, confident, caring and kind. We have had nothing but good experiences for the most part. My only complaint is of recent. I made an appointment for my 8lb Yorkshire Terrier to have his teeth cleaned and when my husband went to drop him off he was told it would be between $700-$900!!!! Keep in mind this was during a special dental month where X-rays are complimentary and additional discounts are given. I am a dentist myself and understand and value oral care. We have lived in 3 states with my dog and have never paid more than $350 for this procedure (sedation, scaling and root planing/deep cleaning). My main complaint is that if prices are extremely higher, it should be disclosed at the time the appointment is made to avoid possible sticker shock and and value everyones time. Perhaps they have a specialist working at the clinic?? Either way we didnt quite get a good explanation for the triple-sized price tag.Aside from this experience we love Kingsbury and would recommend them for all other pet needs.

Came here for the first time with my cat. Staff was professional, and when I had to change my appt time it was quick and painless. The ability to pre-fill my new client paperwork online was great and made for a short wait when I came in. Facilities are clean and the vet sat on the floor with me to say hi to my cat, who he said was very handsome.Edit: I've been coming here with my 2 cats for a couple years now. Still just as pleased.
I've been taking my pets there for 13 years, such great care! They treat your babies like they are their own. I love all the staff members and doctors - they have always gone above and beyond. Highly recommend!
