Fast service with very kind owner. I checked in before going to the store and the process to pick up the truck was quick and simple. I recommend it!!!
Really happy with the truck I rented last Saturday. However, my rental was delayed by 45 minutes because they are using extremely outdated computers. I was the only person in the store with both computers working on my order and it literally took 45 minutes. Faster computers are available for like $300. Please upgrade. I will preferentially choose other locations in the future because of this.
I love it here, because they are great with rentals and customer service. Will work with you when you need a storage unit or truck same day. A longtime customer.
Charged me an extra month hoping that I didn't notice. I have called three times and 1 week later and my 150.00 dollars is still not refunded. Cathy the general manager was the one who checked me out. They claim they can't find me and once they find me in the system they will refund the 150.00 dollars they are trying to steal from me. Horrible customer service. Go elsewhere!!
Great service at the spot, they'll kill your wallet if you keep the vehicle too long though. The people who work there are great though.
