This place is pretty great. The trucks are easily accessible and the service is fast. Its also in a relatively flat and spacious location, which is just convenient. Pro tips:1. Their phone person is super tough to understand. Shes very nice. Her voice is just kind of soft and high and muddled. Best to reserve online and talk to them in person. 2. Their door is not really a door, so be on the lookout - the office is more of an open garage. 3. They have that awesome 24 hour U-Haul share system that lets you pick up or drop off a rental at any time, and complete your own rental contract so you know everything is done fairly. 4. Some people dont realize this the first time they rent from U-Haul: they DO charge by the mile, and its a lot. Last rental I made was a 9 truck, and it cost $0.79 per mile. I only drive it 9 miles total, but even a small distance adds up fast. They do not usually go out of their way to make sure you know this. 5. When you drop off your vehicle, you get to park it on the grass.
It was cool it's really hot and humid inside the building I would think it would be cooler than that.
A new huge storage and rental place in a remodel old factory about 6 stories tall. Still working on it. The office is in the back side temporary. They have every thing U need to move your household to another locations. Igot very fast service picking up boxes and tape.
Super cool use of a building that needed some major TLC. I cannot wait to see it finished. Staff rocks, and they even have carts for moving into storage.
I have used them a couple of times. I have never had a problem with them (I can not say the same for other U-Haul rental facilities). After hours check in was easy to use.
