Local management is great! Only took a star away because the national franchise ownership decided to remove A LOT of indoor vehicle storage and install pods instead. Just wanted to let them know that there isn't much indoor vehicle storage in the city, and now there is less of it and more expensive. They have more great pod storage though. Look forward to hearing if they or a competitor decides to make more space available.
This is a wonderful and affordable storage facility!! We were with them for almost a year. Its simple and dry, and nothing too fancy. The customer service there is always friendly and professional! Highly recommend!
Thank goodness for Joe! This would have gotten a perfect five stars, but the call center gave me a lot of misinformation. It was a pain to get it straightened out, but Joe, the guy that I actually dealt with face-to-face was a miracle worker. He was patient with me even though most people wouldn't have dealt with someone that was already in a bad mood like I was. The place is clean and has a ton of security measures to keep my belongings safe.
