Love Tracie, we left for a few years cause I thought saving a few bucks was worth it. ( literally less than 10 dollars if I recall). That was the worst thing to do. Her and all her staff do top notch work, customer service is spot on. Never a delay in getting back to us or replying to emails etc. wouldn't take my business anywhere else. I learned my lesson.
Tracie and her team are wonderful! They are always very responsive and willing to help find ways to save money. I recently had to update my insurance info because I bought a new car and within a couple of hours I had a new card emailed to me by the Bibb team. They always go above and beyond. And, they have a super cute dog at the office as the agency mascot!
I love my office, my clients, my team and helping people. Our goal is to go above and beyond to help and protect our clients. We believe in our community and spend time volunteering in our community. I just wanted to reach out here, because while I think these opportunities to share reviews are great. It's also a shame that some reviews are from people that are not and were never clients of mine. The other frustration is I can never, for privacy purposes, share all information on some situations. I do appreciate all who take the time to share. Thank you to all of my clients! No customer service what so ever. Poorly trained staff, no follow up. In January I cancelled my coverage due to raising rates. I had no claims or tickets, rates just kept going up. When i received my balance, I went online and tried to pay it, I was not able to. I called the agency and they could not locate anything about my balance and said they would get back to me. This did not happen. A few weeks later, I received the same notice. I tried to call the agency again to pay the balance, and again, they didn't know anything about it and said they would get back to me. About 2 weeks later I got a collection agency notice for the balance I now tried to pay twice. I was told a their time, they couldn't find anything on the account. This time, they did finally call me back an explain that they found it. In less than 6 weeks an account that I offered to pay twice was sent to collections? It could have been and should have been handles day 1! This is just very poor business! There are a lot of Allstate agencies out there, do NOT waste your time with this one!!
I am beyond happy with my insurance agent Tracie Bibb. Had a small issue come up and it would have ruined our holiday but Tracie went beyond providing awesome insurance to my family and she saved our Christmas. She wanted to personally make sure my family was taken care of and did she did more than I could ever expect. Thank you Tracie and thank you Allstate for amazing insurance.
