Each time I've called I've had to call multiple times to get a response and have received no responses to e-mails. We recently added a rental policy and a new home to the existing policy and the agent canceled the policy on the new house while adding the rental. State Farm's corporate office was unable to help, as the agent prefers to be the one who handles all policy information.
Great service! Had trouble with another local agent who was taking forever and wouldn't return calls over multiple days. Tried this agent and talked to Keon - after short phone call she got it fully taken care of in less than 2 hour! Excellent!
I wanted to purchase insurance for jewelry from their office. I called multiple times on multiples day, and never got a call back. Someone from their office told me the person in charge of this insurance would call me, but he/she never did.
Evelyn does not return calls. She never told me my policy was canceled. I spoke on the phone with her and she pretend as if she had know clue about it. And then the other women pretend they didnt know and also they never returned phone calls. No response from corporate. Im so happy Im know longer with this company. Im with A much better insurance company great deal and they are a lot more organized unlike like This branch. I never had a problem with State Farm until I came across Evelyns office. I should have known better to deal with this branch. Bypass Evelyn Jamison office. Just plain stupid how they do business.
