Shes the smiling face greeting you when you walk in and the one with all the answers. For someone like me who knows nothing about insurance and all the options, sitting down with Kathy and going through everything step by step was unbelievably helpful. She has the right balance between giving you suggestions and letting you choose whats right for your family. Shes also very reachable! Anytime Ive messaged, called, or run by, shes there to help. Ive never felt so comfortable before, and I will be with this office as long as Kathy is there!
