I've been with State Farm and Ivan since around 2002. I would've left if I wasn't happy, but they've always been friendly and have taken excellent care of me, my house, and my cars. They took care of me when I had roof hail damage and are always looking for State Farm options that will be a good fit coverage and financially for me and my family.
Very good customer service! I always do my research (yearly) on which companies provide best insurance prices and hands down they have the best prices EVERYTIME!
I'm disappointed because i have been a state farm customer for 6 years and when i call about my over billing me, Kim rush me off the phone telling me she will call me back because other people was calling complaint about there house, so What i am a customer just like they or and i want to talk about what going on with my bill you all or over billing me. I was thinking changing agents but after reading someone complaint i don't know if i want to stay with them anyway. And i also call state farm corporate office and What do they do about you complaint on there agent. NOTHING AT ALL.
