I have been an Allstate customer for over 30 years. Thankfully I have not had to make a great many claims over the years, but when I have, I believe Allstate has been fair with me. Personal property is called that because it IS personal. Vehicles and homes are the personal possessions that I have entrusted to Allstate to protect. My agent, Jeff Parsons, is outstanding and I would not want anyone else to help me with my insurance needs. I have recommended him numerous times and will continue to until he chooses to retire. He is a true asset to Allstate and I hope they treat him accordingly.
