Emergency room is a joke, brought my 9 week old baby there via our Pedatrician orders because he had been having severe tummy issues, discomfort, breathing issues at night, aspirations, and unable to lay on back without spitting up or struggling with fluid in his mouth. ER doctor check out our son with him sitting in my husband's lap didn't put him on the bed to thoroughly check him out then proceeded to tell me my son looked fine and refused to perform the test our pediatrician sent us there for. FYI they will not perform MRI, CATSCANS OR ULTRASOUNDS ON WEEKENDS they don't have imaging techs on weekends, waste of time. My poor baby calling his doctor tomorrow morning
Brought my son here tonight. Seen 4 nurses before they all said I dont know what's wrong with him let me get a doctor. Doctor came in and told us what was wrong with him right away and stated they would give meds and discharge us. After an hour of waiting for discharge papers I pressed the nurse call light to see what was going on and lets just say thank god my son wasnt in danger because it took me waiting 40 min with the call light on to finally go out there to approach a nurse sitting at the desk doing nothing. This makes me so mad. Worst service ever.
This place is a joke. My son goes to the neurology clinic. You can never get ahold of staff with questions. When you call the nurse line you have to leave a message. They might get back with you in a day or 2. The provider acts like she doesn't know what she is doing. I would NOT recommend this specific clinic to anyone.
My daughter sees Dr. Sanford at the ENT clinic. He is phenomenal. We absolutely love him. We drive 2.5 hours to see him. I can't say enough nice things about him.
They were amazing. The Drs, the nurses, the staff. Everyone. They went above and beyond for my family.
