"Bodybuilding" style gym. Good equipment and plenty of variety. Never used a personal trainer, but I speak with them occasionally and they seem to be very knowledgeable and friendly.
I love this gym! It's clean, plenty of equipment and great staff! It's never too crowded and not an intimidating gym at all.
The front desk people are really good. I would like to ask the front desk of the woman's phone number. Today, I couldnt find my way through the road. I was very touched by the cold days and I was very touched. Who can talk about the phone?
Now that the gym moved closer to my apt I use it more often. I really like the front desk staff. They are always nice and very kind to me. They actually make it fun to work out by greeting me with a big smile and hello. I only wish the management would keep them on the payroll as it seems the staff turnover is ongoing. I like the new space but with the equipment was in better shape. All in all I like this place.
Love this gym...it is clean and convenient. Machines all worked and the steam riom is cool.
