I used this gym while attending a nearby conference. It's clean, well equipped, and very friendly. Highly rated.
Would have a hard time finding a better place to workout. Knowledgeable and friendly staff paired with fun classes.
Love it! I can't get there for classes as much as I like but when I'm there it's an awesome experience! Plenty of free weights (I don't free weight like I used to since I don't have a spotter) but they do have a great space for that, and if you prefer machines those are available as well, a power lifting room is available, ballistic training space, a wide array of cardio equipment, I happen to love rowers and I'm happy to say they have several! There are amenities such as a children's area, decent locker rooms, they fortunately keep it a comfortable temperature for working out (I hate it when gyms are too hot but that may be just a personal preference) but if you like it hot they have a sauna. The facility is cleaned and well maintained you can come in get done what you came to do and roll that's the best part!
Eh. Ive been here twice with a guest pass. I will say three stars for the variety of equipment. Other than that, super over populated both times Ive been...I suggest the owners should consider changing this facility to 24 hours to alleviate this issue. Its gets so over crowded that its genuinely uncomfortable. Thats the only thing thats stopping me from getting a membership here. Im almost positive (being a business major) that your sales will skyrocket if this was 24 hours.
Just Switched Gyms, and this gym seems like a great Switch. They have MANY different workout items,(some of which I didn't know existed). The manager was very helpful in answering all of the questions I had. They have a kid play room. They also have items you can buy in the building, Protein Bars, Shakes, FiTCity Gear, etc. Looking forward to improving my body here. They have decent locker rooms. They also have personal trainers, You get two free sessions when you start your membership, after that you'll have to pay. I'm overall satisfied with this gym.
