My daughter and I brought our German shepherd in Saturday morning for the do it yourself dog wash. The employee who helped us was really nice. Price was right. I will definitely go back again.
The pricing for premium food is unbeatable, even Amazon is higher. The points system is very worthwhile. The staff truly loves animals and they are knowledgeable. The store layout is neat and easy to navigate. It feels like going to a special boutique without the crazy price. The first time I went with my neighbor and was thinking he was spending too much. After looking around, i realized he was a pretty savvy shopper. I have not been back rp huge pet chains for 2 years now. This size store, affordability and people make you feel very special and comfortable.
First time in and was pleasantly surprised! Prices are very good on food and treats for every animal, several dollars less on Greenies than I have seen anywhere in town. Staff was super friendly as well and had no problem letting the kids pet the rabbits. We will definitely be coming back here for our pet supplies going forward.
