Got a Groupon for this place and decided to give it a go. Took our two little terriers there and they were over a year due on grooming, we felt terrible at how bad we let them get. Kennedy's took that and did one of the best grooming jobs we've seen. Could not recommended them more. It was a full service job, affordable, clean environment and excellent execution.
Ive used this Grooming shop for 2 years, always excellent customer service.5 stars! Reasonably priced! They also offer p/u & delivery service...If you ever need a Dog watcher while out of town this is the place to call.They also sell a good brand of dog food.
I called to see about getting business cards or flyers so that we could promote small businesses within a certain distance to our apartment community. We are a pet friendly community and love the idea of our residents frequenting small businesses near their homes. Who ever answered the phone brushed me off and made it seem like I was soliciting or trying to sell advertising. And she kept talking to a lady in the background about my phone call, who insisted she hang up on me! We are a luxury community downtown and are having a Yappy Hour event and I figured what better way to promote small ( Black owned at that) business than to have their contact info available at an event for nothing but pet owners! Its crazy how you could have taken that same minute and provided customer service and if nothing else politeness. I will still give the business a try because I really enjoy seeing a business of such in Old North St. Louis and they are pretty close to five stars! But the people who represent your company should definitely do a better job!
Kennedys is great! My dog is a rescue whos very timid and gets very protective when shes scared. She came in matted with hair covering her eyes and when I came back to get her she looked like a whole new dog She even had some cute accessories to top it all off! Not to mention the cost was very affordable and the team made me feel like family. Im glad that I chose Kennedys four our first grooming experience and well be going back!
Im a traveling visitor to this area and after being stiffed my an unnamed mobile groomer, Kennedys was able to get my dog in the same day! Anthony is so nice and welcoming. My dog looks so handsome! They did a fabulous job. If I lived in St Louis, I would definitely take my pooch back to Kennedys every time!
