Crystal is the most amazing woman. I have been taking my dog to her for the past 12 years and she always doing a great job. I know he's in the best hands with her! The whole store is fantastic! Can't say anything bad. Please shop small business.
I love the stash it for muddy paws. Very informative about their items and about dogs. Because I have a large breed dog they do their best to accommodate me with some of the shorter dog baths so that I can reach. And of course my dog loves their treats!
On the huge plus side, the staff is above-and-beyond friendly and helpful. They are all attentive and do their best to accommodate patrons. On the minus side, they have no veg dog products. This may seem silly to a lot of people, but for someone like me, who has had healthy vegetarian/vegan dogs for over 25 years, it is a deal-breaker. And, I am not the only one. There are more and more people who are going veg with their dogs, for ethical AND health and safety reasons. I could be wrong, but I didn't even see any veg treats, much less food. Again, I realize I am in the minority, but veg options would be awesome.
Loved the self wash area, it was very clean and the shop is adorable! We were given shampoo and conditioner of our choice, brushes, towels, and no slip mats. There is a drying area that is extremely easy to use. There are multiple grooming baths which was nice since I brought both my dogs. The women who helped me set up were very friendly and helpful.
Love their U-Do-It dog wash. Great variety upper-end collars you dont find elsewhere. Crystal, the dog groomer, is the best. Very kind and patient with dogs & does great job!!Huge selection holistic & natural dog food for pets w sophisticated taste or in need of clean ingredients.
