I purchased an item on Instagram and an invoice was sent to me at 9 p.m. At my earliest chance (I work on Saturdays) I went to the store at 3:30 p.m. to look over the piece in person and purchase. I was informed they sold the piece to someone else 10 minutes earlier. I explained I had an invoice in my inbox. When I checked it, I saw a Invoice Reminder at 3:04 p.m. and a Cancelled Invoice at 3:24 p.m. The store attendant said because a buyer was in person and ready to pay that there was nothing they could do about it - they took money over customer service. I sent a message to their Instagram account asking them to call me because I was saddened at how the situation was handled. I gave them the same amount of time, 20 minutes, to call until I posted this negative review. I know a business is about making money but it's also about customers and they just lost my business that probably would've been for a lifetime.
Didn't find anything I was looking for. If things were priced i might of found something. worth checking out.
Lots of selection, crowded space, some pieces are not super amazing, but they are also not catering to the top of the market. Overall a fun spot, not to be missed in your furniture search.
Best most interesting place to find fruniture. Especially if you want something rustic and unique.
