The store has a million different products. Everything from coffee mugs to 10' long stuffed snakes to sofas to chandeliers to house plants. The problem is that the store is laid out in such a manner that you can't easily get from one floor to another without making the entire circuit of the floor you're on.The restaurant food is average to good and the prices are also varied. The Swedish meatballs aren't as good as I remembered. There was a lack of seasoning across the board.Overall we really liked the store and the products that we bought.I'd recommend the cafe for a snack, but not so much a meal, especially if you're a picky eater.

The best time to visit IKEA is Monday through Thursday. Less crowded. You have room and space to actually take your time and walk around and look. If you like putting things together, IKEA is the store. Prices are not bad. There is a AS IS section which has good stuff that is marked down. But they don't last. If you are something you have to buy it.

Tried to do a return and the lady was extremely rude. The minute I walked over she had an angry face like she hated her job. I lost the receipt so I checked their online policy. It says on their website that they will do a return without a receipt for the lowest price for a certain number of days. The lady refused to do that. She said she needed the exact date and total purchase and had an attitude the entire time. I provided her with the exact date but she told me there was no way to look it up without the total purchase amount. I wouldve been okay with this if she didnt have such a terrible attitude. I ended up leaving and will return my item a different day and hope she isnt there.

I'm not a fan of shopping for hours and then finding what I want in a warehouse at the end. That being said, this store is well stocked and very clean. The yellow shirts all appear courteous and helpful. Beware of customers who are lost, as they pop out from side rooms and run into you. Plenty of inexpensive furniture, plenty of parking, and plenty of loading areas for your large purchased items. I like the shopping cart escalator too.

Clean, organized, and full of ideas. I always like to see their showroom for inspiration. Like any other Ikea you need to do a lot of things by yourself including finding the items you need. It is always helpful to visit their website and check new items and offers. Sign up for their family program and enjoy perks, free tea or coffee whenever you visit them, special discounts, tracking your purchase history, and a free frozen yogurt with your purchase of one. Even if you are not purchasing anything, you can check in by scanning your family card and enjoying the offers you will receive, including the frozen yogurt coupons. The old fashion cinnamon buns are best of the best. They are more than enough to have me stopping by Ikea. The packed ones are much better than the individual ones.
