It's decent, but wasn't very kept up/clean, and had a rude staff. The gates weren't very clear; didn't have specific bus numbers and only had routes with repeated cities on multiple gates, making it difficult to go throught the correct one. The station isn't bad, but isn't a very pleasant place and a bit shady. Buses aren't that bad, but could be improved. If you are visiting here and need to get around StL, taxis are outrageous, but Ubers are surprisingly very affordable, as Uber is growing in StL.
Atrocious customer service and piss poor attitudes from several of the Amtrak Employees, one a white woman who is apparently a supervisor/manager (Kris I believe her name was) and the other a short, hefty black woman. Both severely lack basic courtesy and decency when it comes to dealing with customers in a cordial way. I would give them negative stars if possible. I will be filing several complaints with Corporate! SO 2 SOME MY EXPERIENCE UP IN A NUTSHELL. . . RUDE, BITTER EMPLOYEES WHO DESPERATELY NEED BETTER NOT ONLY C/S, BUT ALSO, BETTER HOME TRAINING!!!
Why not try something new and ride the Amtrak.? Pick a city and be adventurous and go live the train life .Keep in mind, the tranquility and serenity of the country side
What can I say I couldn't have gone nowhere without them I thank God for Greyhound and due to the money budget works perfect remind me of military very squared away and very professional you can't tell the new employees from the older ones that good that's what I'm talking about they are there to take care of you sting returns if you're happy and you are taking care of them
Nice facility, and nice employees. I was a little concerned about the Amtrak bus I was placed on. The bus started making a stong strange burning smell. The bus was literally smoking but the bus driver kept going. I admire his determination but I would've liked another bus called for our safety.
