I love the staff at the Sprint store on Hampton Avenue. Dillon did a great job! I will drive out of my way to go to this store
Always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I'll definitely be using this location again. The only reason it is not a 5star rating is because this location doesn't do any sort of repair, other than that this location has been able to commodate all of my smartphone wants.
I was NOT initially pumped about having to spend a couple hours in a phone store (after a 9-hour workday) in order to get my husband a new phone, cancel a line, transfer his data, etc. BUT! But! Justin, the guy who took care of us, was SO AWESOME! He was super-friendly, super-honest, very down-to-earth and funny...and we ended up chatting about bands and geeky things the entire time; it made the entire experience FAR more enjoyable. Will definitely, absolutely be going back again the next time we need Sprint assistance :)
