Straight forward and gave several options for the repairs. Provides photos of the roof repairs needed and then after the work has been completed. No pressure to use the most expensive route they were happy to do the repair I felt I could afford. I own apartment buildings and will definitely call The Flat Roof Company first for my other buildings.
Honest and frequent communication with the owner. He gave us several quotes with different options and thorough explanations to repair a job that a different company had done poorly on several years back. It was refreshing to hear that there would be a warranty for his work and that he had full confidence in his workers doing the job the correct way. After we chose an option, they came out quickly and completed the job efficiently. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend for any flat roof needs you may have!
The Flat Roof Company was excellent - they provided great costumer service and a really nice product. I was particularly impress with how they were always quick to answer phone calls and questions while I was making my choice between companies. They scheduled my work to be done very quickly, and the roof (well, what I can see of it!) looks terrific.

We hired Flat Roof Co for our condo building in Clayton a couple of weeks ago and so far have been very happy. The estimator followed up and also gave me the owner's name & number which he was responsive and communication was great. We signed the contract and they got us in to repair our roof within a couple of days and left no scraps or debris behind, clean job. Their warranty they offered was important to us, the other quote did not offer it so that's why we chose Flat Roof Co - hopefully we won't need it!
