After difficulties with another contractor, Matt (owner) and Jared (project manager) came in and were outstanding. The work from each crew that came to the house was efficient and of high quality. I would highly recommend MLK for roofing and other needs.
Greg was thorough and professional, answering all my questions when he came to estimate the work on my roof. He took the time to go up onto the two story roof which has a steep pitch. The work was done in a timely manner, for slightly less than the original estimate. Repairs included missing shingles which could have been potential leaks in the roof. The replacement shingles are a pretty close match in color. I would recommend this company to my friends.
Both Greg and Matt were extremely pleasant to work with! They were very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and professional. What more could you ask for?! Matt always does phenomenal work and sticks to his budget. I've went back to him for 3 projects now and he's always made sure I am completely pleased with his work and he sends pictures of the work after it is completed. Overall 10/10 best roofing company I've ever dealt with.
Working with MLK Construction has been great. Matt and his team worked hard to replace our entire roof this summer, despite the high temperatures and humidity. I was amazed at how fast the crew operated and was also able to count on them for other construction services. Most of all, I am very happy with Matt's communication style and professionalism.
