I had a very bad experience with one of the agents, she was very rude, it was almost felt like I was back in high school being bullied by the mean kid. When in deed she was the one in the wrong, you cant tell lies and expect good results in the end.
I would honestly give zero stars if I was able to. Just moments ago and agent i would asume is one. In a van this literally sounded like it was about to break down was taking pictures of my house. When I comfronted him, and asked him nicely to stop taking pictures of my home. He replyed in a very rude and smart manner if I was the home owner I said I live here with my parents and I pay all the bills. In a extremely rude way said that he couldnt tell me anything. You need to sit down and have a conversation with your employees on how to treat people, and respect their personal property. Specially when they arent even in a real company vehicle.
