It pains me to leave such a bad review, this doctor's office used to be fantastic, but there has been a dramatic shift lately. I've never seen a business turn so bad so quickly before in all my life. The turnover rate is very high. The nurse practitioners turnover around every 4 months to a year tops so its very hard to have consistent care. The secretaries turnover much, much faster. They installed a new scheduling system that is causing all kinds of problems. My messages never get returned. They just changed their bookkeeping system as well that has major errors. I tried talking to the office manager about the errors, but she was extremely rude and talked down to me like I was some kind of deadbeat. Worse yet she does so with her office door wide open for the whole office to hear with no concerns for HIPAA violations. Furthermore she had stacks of papers just out sitting on her desk with other people's personal, medical information clearly visible to me or anyone that walked by. The office manager flat out lied to me at least twice saying there have been no problems when the secretary, nurse, and nurse practitioner had all just told me otherwise. Rather than make any effort to try and get to the bottom of her mistakes the office manager told me that maybe I should just be looking for a different doctor's office. Sadly a lot of my friends go here and have left due to the same issues. I really wanted to hold out because I remember how great of an office this used to be and hoped that this was just a rough patch they would get through. The nurse practitioners are wonderful for as long as they're able to stay there. I just don't think its wise to entrust my health to this business any longer. The mistakes are just getting to be too much and I've lost all confidence in the office itself.
The pharmacy staff is top-notch. They go out of their way to fulfill the customer's needs.
Good pharmacy with helpful staff.
After months of using the pharmacy I called to get a script delivers and the lady that answered acted as if I was an inconvience to her day and consistently cut me off while I was attempting to talk! I hung up. Called back and consistently got cut off while trying to talk by the next Rep as well. When I told her my complaint she cut me off DURING the complaint! Who does that!?!?!?......switching pharmacies after this go round. Medicine is too expensive to be treated as if your nothing important to ANY pharmacy or healthcare facility.
Great staff at this pharmacy. They have gone out of their way to save me money. The pharmacy is located inside the lobby of Southampton Health Care. Hours are limited to weekday only before 5:00 PM.
