This pharmacy has good prices but rarely has medications in stock. When hey do have them, they don't even ask you if you want to wait for it. If you tell them you want to wait for it, 99% of the time you can't because they say it'll be one to two hours before it's ready. This pharmacy is not convenient and their prices aren't low enough to make up for the other problems. After too much aggravation and them never having my medications in stock, I finally transferred all of my prescriptions to Walgreens. Walgreens is more expensive but it's worth every penny to not have a pharmacy constantly not have medications in stock.
There was many people in lines but the clearks did well with what they had to work with. Great experience with all that's going on.
I have had re-occurring problems with this particular Schnuck's pharmacy getting prescriptions filled. I normally use their downtown Culinaria, for years, with never a problem, but with Loughborough, constant, re-occuring "issues" experienced when they claim the doctor never contacted them for an order (when the doctor office says they have,) or never notifying that a prescription is ready, or some other delay. I will stay with Downtown.
This is a grocery store. The person who makes the decisions for the salad bar is a idiot. At 5:30 on a Saturday evening middle of dinner time they had no chicken wings left. What sort of moron would do something like that? During the 5 min I was getting a salad 4 people came up looking for wings. I asked if They were putting out more wings to which the brain dead person said no they turned off the cooker.For some odd reason Google does not say this is a grocery store that happens to have a pharmacy in it. Groceries is Schnucks primary business.
My personal pharmacy, clerks are thorough and helpful. I have always been treated with respect and cheerfulness.
