Crowns was excellent! Cast really sang & poured heart & soul into performance!
A great event space that is large enough to accommodate a small or large group. Attended the Heartland Apiculture Society meeting and the keynote addresses were held in Edison Theater. We had a few more than 600 attendee's and that was just with the floor open. The balcony was closed. I would estimate Edison Theater could seat approximately 1000 people. A great event space!
This is a very nice that you but is used by multiple production companies that I attended last night was a Black Repertory Theatre event the production was called Crown's it was beautifully staged cute costumes music was wonderful. There doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the house. I was in a handicap seat on the very last Road in the center and my sight lines were standing.
I work at Washington University, so I'm partial to the theatre, but it doesnt have a bad seat in the house, parking is pretty efficient. Sound quality is quite good. Its not ornate, but most modern theatres aren't. The stage is angled and able to be modified for different needs. The management is effecient. There is a subway sandwhich shop within steps if you need refreshment. Restrooms are not convenient (located down stairs from theatre entrance), but there is an elevator if needed. They offer everything from professional shows to university productions; dance concerts, musicals, and regional theatre. The box office is always very accommodating if you need anything.
Wonderful !!! Every seat was good. Nice atmosphere.Very enjoyable.
