Landmark's Plaza Frontenac Cinema is a good theater. The seats aren't as luxurious as some cinemas (they don't recline, no in theater food service), but the concessions make up for it. They feature local St Louis food such as pizza from Dogtown Pizza co. Frontenac Cinema isn't open as late as some theaters, and the theater's are small. Overall a nice experience and attentive service.

Great films here and a very friendly and efficient staff! They truly live up to the standards expected in a Landmark theater!

Landmark Theaters at Plaza Frontenac are our go-to theaters on weekends, partly because we love the idiosyncracies of the place. Before the movie starts, staff members come into the theater, walk to the front and introduce themselves as being the "projectionists".....explaining where restrooms are and urging everyone to find them if anything is needed during the film. We rely on Landmark at Frontenac to show a vaiety of independent and award winning films and can always find quality movies of interest there. Great concession, friendly staff, restrooms are clean. I've never worried about the seats! We just have fun! Note: This is a theater where audience members applaud!

I recently went to see Leisure Seeker at this theater. While small with not the best seats (think 1980s or small town theater), the food at the concessions was great and the experience overall was good. I'm a bit spoiled with theaters that aren't inside malls so parking in my mind wasn't as convenient and the seats weren't obviously as comfortable as reclining seats but that's not anything against the theater, just my personal preference. I like that they focus on indie films. It has a retro feel.

Classier than the average theater. The show a lot of great indie films. A bit hard to find (2nd Level by Sacks). Parking below the building for when its raining. The concessions are very expensive.
