My local office is fantastic the CSC in St Louis Missouri is a disaster For many years my family has done business with the USDA for our home loans in light 2017 my father passed away and in his living will left his home to me it is now mid February and I steal and no closer to having an assumption done in the house put in my name several times I call the CSC in St Louis Missouri they're responsible for helping people with all kinds of questions about their home loans every time I call I get a different story a different answer or something completely different from the last person that they want me to do or they want me to do what I've already done over again I even called one time and had a representative tell me to hush and stop talking and listen and then proceeded to tell me that she could not do anything at all for me because she didn't know who I was even though I'd mailed in proof of who I was living will divorce decree for my parents and my father's death certificate and I done this all by fax to the St Louis office which they had no record of even though I received confirmation from the fax at the library that they received it they just never input my information and File 13'd it but with the help of my local office in Nicholasville Kentucky and a associate by the name of Angie I'm sure that I will finally get some answers and be able to close this ordeal

These people are terrible at helping. Even if you pay your bill they report you to the credit bureau. I cant wait to refinance and get the hell away from their loans. Just like every other government organization they are crooked. I wouldnt advise anyone to go through these people to get a loan. You are better off renting.
