the website is only helpful if you have a ticket and you can't speak to a live person..not even when you call numbers that are suppose to have a live person to speak to...the automated system says you have to go all the way down there to find out what you're trying to know..it's as if they want you to miss court because some people may not be able to get to court that day to ask a question. that's a bunch of crap and load of poo..or they do it that way in hopes that they catch someone who has warrants..in that case it's pretty smart..a bit douche bag like...nut smart. lol
Perfect example of how whack St Louis City Courts are. How are you not able to talk to anyone that can help you resolve a situation especially considering I'm out of town. I give there automated system six thumbs down cause you should be able to talk to someone and ask questions that the robot can't answer. Boooooooooooooo!!! Im highly upset that I have to travel back to The Lou just to talk to someone in this ghetto, lazy, trash courthouse.
What inbred sob decided an automated system, with no option for a live operator, in a courthouse was a good idea? Try and act like something orher than a cowtown!!!!

There is not an actual person to ask a question if you call the main number. I know that it's 2016 and these days everything is automated and digitized but I feel like the municipal court should have several REAL people ready to answer the phone. One thing I will say is, when I went to the court date the judge was kind. So at least show up to court and ask the questions there, do not depend on any phone number.
