Definitely some of the cheapest prices on loose tobacco. I assume on liquor also although I havent bought a bottle in a long time. I do feel a little seedy going in there and there seems to be an off duty police officer in there all the time. I usually go to the Dirt Cheap in Affton which is much more like a convenience store.
I went in looking for a particular bottle of alcohol and a guy came right over to help me. Store was clean and organized. When I got to the counter and checked out the guy was very polite and helpful when ibwas having issues with my credit card. Nice people.
Great selection and decent prices. The employees are nice and there is usually a security officer in the building which gives some comfort. I go here usually once a week. If they don't have a beverage you are wanting they are willing to special order it for you.
