I contacted Krause after hours via their website and promptly received a call the next morning and was told that they could send someone that afternoon... which was amazing! A couple of hours later, I received another call saying that they could come out even earlier and, basically, were on their way. Upon arrival, the technician, Brian, was friendly, professional, and thorough in discussing all of our needs and physically looking at the locks that we wanted re-keyed. He promptly and efficiently performed the service and made sure that I tried the key in every lock before he left. It was a very stress-free experience and a pleasure to have Krause Key and Lock perform this service for us. And we were able to support a neighborhood company to boot, which is always nice.

This is an excellent key and lock company. I have had them do work at two of my jobs and the work was done on time and correctly. They are also doing work at my house, to include drilling new locks in old doors.
Locksmiths came to rekey my house after I moved in. Four recent deadbolts and an original 1930s era deadbolt. They were able to rekey the whole house on a single key without destroying the historic look of the front door. They were efficient, thorough, polite, and enthusiastic about their work. I would recommend them without hesitation.
