This place is not a good place to go. I had a Craftsman tool to return for lifetime warranty. They did not have that tool in stock. It is a craftsman rivet gun. I ask them to order it. No one knew how. And the clerk recommends I go to Lowes. Really, really ?
I didn't go I called but they didn't have what I was looking for. The 3 stars are because usually they do have what I want.
Only giving it one star because I'm not allowed to give no stars. This place closes at 5pm one day a week and 6pm the other days. Not much use to anyone that works for a living. Might as well stick with the big stores.
Staff is helpful, prices are a bit high.
