My family member donated their body to science and St. Louis Cremation was an option for transporting them to SLU Hospital. They handled everything - even things we didn't even know we needed to do (because, if you haven't been through it ever - or even in a while - you really do need guidance) and all with such fantastic care. I will never be able to say enough good things about their service or their support. These are the people you need in your life when dealing with one of life's most difficult situations.
Tim never called me to update me on if my father's body was picked up, if and when he is or will be creamated, if or when the doctor will or has signed off on the death certificate, never got back to me on anything. I am supposed to be handling my father's arrangements. Without contact, I have been in the dark as to what is going on for 9 days. Other members of my family have called and gotten information from him, which he divulged. The creamatory let people drop off things for my father to be dressed in and creamated with and they DID NOT ask me, call me, or approve it with me. So, if you want to crash a funeral, make arrangements for someone's dead body on your own, just get their name and call the home. They let anyone decide....NO MATTER WHO IS ON THE CONTRACT!!!!!!! VERY UPSET DAUGHTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
