I was in charge of planning a trip for my friends and I over spring break back in March. Mind you, we were all only 18 and 19 years old. We really wanted a place in Florida and had been searching for months trying to find a place. We were running out of luck finding somewhere to stay because of our age and I ended up coming here for help. Ryan c. Barks from Travel Haus helped us so much and found us an amazing hotel! If was also cheap for us college students budgets! It was right on the beach and had an amazing view down in PCB. If I ever plan another trip I am definitely using them again and highly recommend Ryan!
Mike and the team at Travel Haus have been great to work with from beginning to end. From searching for different resorts, listening to our interests in what we were looking for in our vacation, booking our trip, and advising us of travel tips the whole experience was great. We actually had to cancel our original trip the night before we were supposed to leave and Mike went above and beyond to call me back after hours and make sure we got everything taken care of. Then a few days later he was able to find an alternate flight so that we could still leave for our vacation. I would highly recommend partnering with Travel Haus for your travel needs!
We booked our honeymoon with Mike at Travel Haus. This was our first time traveling to Mexico and our first time at an all inclusive. He sent us to the El Dorado Royale Resort in Riveria Maya. We felt like ROYALTY from the beginning to end of our trip. Mike really took time to get to know us and make sure our honeymoon was catered to our tastes and preferences. We had our honeymoon at the excellence el Carmen. It was great! We worked with Ryan and he knew everything! We were well prepped and the honeymoon was fantastic. We just returned from a successful trip to London and to see our daughter who is studying abroad this semester in Canterbury England.This was our first time to England (and only our 2nd trip abroad), so we needed a lot of help in deciding where to stay that would accommodate an extra pull-out sofa for our daughter when she was available to stay with us, which tours to take, logistics and transportation needs with the tours and getting the hotel we wanted in Canterbury next to the university. Rachel was our agent and for as many times as I changed our itinerary (initially due to my daughter's school schedule but also due to the day trips to Edinburgh and to Paris we wanted to fit in), she was a trooper and stuck with me. I did do a lot of research on my own with the tours but Rachel always responded quickly to my emails (unless they were in junk mail, but a phone call quickly solved that problem). And, a big plus, she got us the airfare times we really wanted (departing early morning and arriving in London late night), and all for a very reasonable price. I know she worked her butt off for our trip to be successful and we really appreciate it.
