Passengers and staff are rude, facilities are poorly maintained and dirty. Elevator reeks of urine. Passengers routinely blast music with and without earphones and staff do nothing to address it. Despite public service announcement signs up asking people to be considerate, passengers still have inappropriate and even sexual conversations.

Generally speaking, the MetroLink and this station is fine--everything works smoothly and as it should. Trains are about every ten 7 minutes; longer out of rush hours.
