Be aware!! I parked my car at Kiener West and when I returned, one of my car's windows was smashed in and my car ransacked. I always make sure I don't leave items in visible sight to tempt anybody to break into my car. The robber took coins from my car's glove box and an old speaker from my trunk. The robber was so desperate to break into my car for coins?! There was nothing valuable in my car and I have an older car but that's shows you no car is safe. The parking garage's office manager told me Kiener West and East has had alot of break ins recently. Also, someone was robbed at gunpoint a few weeks ago at this garage. And, apparently, homeless people even sleep in this garage... The garage does not have cameras pointed at the cars. There are only cameras at some of the elevators area, the entrance and exit. The garage isn't responsible for any break ins. You will be responsible for repairing your car's damages. There is no safety at this garage. I advise for you to not park at this garage or Kiener East and find another garage that offers more security. The owners of Kiener West and East should hire more security guards to monitor the parking garages 24/7.
I live downtown and my apartment gives a Parkin pass for this garage. Worst thing I have ever see its dirty and always smells like piss. Not to mention in 1 month my car has been broken into twice and this is after they say they hired security (in armed). In my experience this is the worst parking garage ever
Saw another broken glass shattered all over the place. If you need to keep your car safe then park somewhere else. I am currently living in downtown and I am leaving because of continues incidences. Parking management won't do anything about it. No camera, no key card whatsoever. Be aware!!!
What a delight! This lovely space is located right in the heart of downtown St. Louis. There are plenty of things to keep children entertained: splash pad, playground, wide open grass to play. There are plenty of things for adults too. They are tables and chairs if you want to sit and enjoy your lunch, there are benches that line the entire park and the view of the old courthouse and the Arch is amazing here! If you live or work downtown I encourage you to just stop in and relax. If you are coming downtown for an event, stop by and enjoy a little of the peace and fun downtown has to offer. What used to be a divided mostly hobo town is now a united and welcoming St. Louis city treasure.
Love that there's elevators, security, good lighting, and surveillance. Could be cleaner, as most parking garages could be, but this is by far my favorite one downtown.
