I should have know that this would be an awesome experience when they were recommended to me by another mechanic who I'd enlisted to do the repair. Not only were they flexible in their scheduling with me so that I could get my car serviced in a timely manner, they were also very considerate and kind by showing me hospitality when I waited in their comfortable lobby while my vehicle was being repaired. While I hope that I don't have to go back to get a repair anytime soon, I know that the need arises, I will feel comfortable going back to them because they will explain what needs to be done, do it professionally, but most importantly, I know that they will treat me right. Thanks again to the Fitz family and keep up the wonderful customer service :-)
My vehicle was broken into, the steering column and door lock was damaged. Fitz'z Services Inc employees has great customer sevice and they did a great job on the repairs. I thought I was going to be without a car for a long time but it did not take them but a few days to do the repairs. Thanks, Chris and staff for a wonderful job.

Someone tried to steal our van after getting scammed by a locksmith I found Fitz'z on a Google search. I messaged them through Google and was told to contact them which I did. I talked to Chris and he told me that he was going to take care of our van. We had it towed there which they gave us a reliable tow company well we had it towed in on Friday morning and by Friday afternoon it was finished. Can't thank you enough Chris and the rest of the employees at Fitz'z would definitely recommend this company to any one!
I wish I would have taken a picture of this place because it was a very warm environment sitting in their waiting room waiting for my car. I'm not going to lie, when you hear of an Autoshop off Lemay, I don't typically think of a very high-end shop but I was wrong. This place looked nice from the outside and when I stepped inside, I immediately told the owner how nice of a waiting area he had. And the owner and his personnel were super nice. We had a slight hiccup with our VIN number being wrong but they weren't annoyed at us or anything and they were able to reconcile the issue quickly, update the quote and have my car fixed within a few hours. I will be going to this place with any steering issues for now on.
