One of the best places to wash and get a piece of mind .I applaud the staff there I don't think people realize what them attendants go through I have seen people taunt them try to get physical even threaten to spit on them those women work really hard to make us as customers feel at home I think they should be respected a whole lot better than that I LOVE THIS place (shout out to Ms Shari you rock young lady ,she has a lot of potential and is very dedicated to her job )
Last year I had a jacket stolen during drop off service. I'm a truck driver so I go to a lot of places the last few years. I used them and found them while at home with a broken ankle 4 years ago. I use them maybe once a year. Went back this year and damn, if my stuff was messed up. My bras very expensive dried when I said don't. My whites which were separated I told to add bleach she did not AND another man's clothes, sheets, and 2 pairs of panties NOT mine came back and 2 pairs of my pants were missing. I'm done. Won't be back. Sincerely, M
You can wash and dry your own clothes or you can leave them there for the staff to wash and fold. They don't iron the clothes but do a very good job. Monday is discount day for wash n fold. They also offer a good dry cleaning service with decent prices. Highly recommend the manager, Shari.
This laundromat is in great condition but they don't have air conditioning which makes it miserable to do laundry during the summer months not to mention it takes longer to dry the clothes when the weather is humid out... I think I will wait till winter to return however...
My husband and I have been regulars of this laundry mat for at least 3 years. We have come to know a lot of the awesome staff members and always have a good experience. However, lately it has become apparent that the owner(s) are very disconnected from the business. The staff does not have what they need to work (loaded cards and/or enough change to wash the clothes) not to mention that the AC has been broken for nearly 2 months, leaving the few remaining employees working in 100+ degree heat all day and paying customers pouring sweat. The employees often have to close early because there are literally only 2 of them to work all the shifts of the week. Seems like OSHA would have something to say about the way they treat the people that work there. Sad to say, we probably wont be customers for much longer because I cant support them treating their workers like that.
