Did a great job cleaning our jewelry for a good price. They had a good selection of rings and other jewelry and had them displayed well and bright. Helpful staff answering questions and had a good process for doing things. We plan on using them again.

The same ring at Shane co was 3 time the cost. They said a better Diamond. They were clearly not better diamonds. These guys got me a beautiful ring for under 2k and it get soooo many compliments!!
Took a ring to be sized down. The jeweler said they need to do all this extra work. So instead of 15 dollars it cost me 80. Then he called and asked me if I knew the ring was 2 tone and that it would cost another 30 dollars. I needed the ring in a hurry or I would of taken it somewhere else. You would think he would of noticed that it was two tone when he looked at it the first time. Then at the same time I had him change a battery in my pulsar watch and he pulled the stem completely out then told me it was already broken and that would cost another 30 dollars to fix that. Unbelievable I told them no thank you. I will take it somewhere else.
We purchased an engagement ring there and we told Angie we would give her a shout out because she was patient and the pricing was excellent.We shopped many other stores but came back and purchased from Angie and Susie. The pricing is great and the staff was nice and knowledgable.
